By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Winson Cleaning Service provides professional cleaning services, including:
Regular cleaning
Standard cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in / Move-out cleaning, End-of-Tenancy cleaning
After Builders cleaning
Extreme deep clean
Services are provided based on the information supplied by the client at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, email, or website.
A booking is confirmed once it has been agreed upon in writing (via message or email).
The client is responsible for providing correct property details, access instructions, and service requirements.
3. Pricing
Prices are based on property size, condition, and scope of work.
If the property condition is significantly worse than described, we reserve the right to:
Adjust the price, or
Decline to continue the service.
4. Payment Terms (IMPORTANT)
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer / Cash.
Invoices unpaid after 24 hours are considered overdue.
Non-Payment
If payment is not received:
Payment reminders will be issued
A Letter Before Action may be sent
Legal recovery may begin via Money Claim Online (Small Claims Court)
Any recovery or court costs may be added to the outstanding balance.
5. Deposits
We reserve the right to request a deposit or full payment in advance, especially for:
Move-in / Move-out cleans
End-of-Tenancy cleans
After Builders cleans
Extreme deep cleans
Deep cleans
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time.
6. Access & Keys
Clients must provide safe and legal access to the property.
We are not responsible for delays or incomplete work due to lack of access.
Reasonable care is taken with keys, but we are not responsible for issues caused by faulty locks or third-party access.
7. Re-Clean & Complaints Policy (VERY IMPORTANT)
Any issues or missed areas must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We offer a free re-clean within 24 hours, provided the issue is reported within this time.
Issues must be supported with clear details or photos where possible.
After 24 Hours
Complaints received after 24 hours will not qualify for a free re-clean.
After 24 hours, the service is considered completed and accepted.
Any further cleaning requested will be treated as a new, chargeable service.
8. Service Acceptance
If no issues are reported within 24 hours, the service is deemed satisfactory and accepted.
Non-payment after acceptance may be treated as a breach of contract.
9. Damage & Liability
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Poor quality or fragile fixtures
Normal wear and tear
10. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.
11. Right to Refuse or Stop Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if:
The environment is unsafe
Abuse, harassment, or aggressive behavior occurs
Payment terms are breached
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
Client details may be used for invoicing, communication, and lawful debt recovery.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14. Agreement
By booking Winson Cleaning Service, you confirm that:
You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
You agree to pay for the services provided
You accept our payment, re-clean, and complaint policies
